FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need my own gear to join the classes? No. While we do suggest getting your own boxing gloves etc, we have plenty available for our members to use at no extra cost.
Do I need a gi to join the fundamentals/beginner classes as a first timer? No. We understand not everyone has access to a gi when they start out, however we do have gi's for rental should you until you are ready to purchase your own.
Do I need to be fit or athletic to attend classes? No. Every level is catered for in our classes and we encourage everyone to go at their own pace.
What do I need for my first boxing/muaythai class? Comfortable training clothes, a sweat towel and water. Arrive 10 minutes early.
What do I need for my first Bjj/NOGI class? Shorts without zips & pockets, rash guard. We have gear available for rental.
